If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request via the orders page.

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the item in its original box with all accessories and include a copy of your packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship Item

  Affix the provided return label and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the tool, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.
